For our design team, we are looking for experienced freelance Senior Interior Designers who can translate creative design ideas and styling concepts into high-quality and convincing interior design concepts. You will work independently on demanding projects, take responsibility for the design development, and bring a strong sense of proportion, surfaces, form language, materials, and details.
The position is structured as a freelance, project-based collaboration and is available immediately. The scope of involvement can be arranged flexibly depending on project requirements.

YOUR MISSION
- Independently develop and further develop interior design concepts based on design briefings, sketches, 2D drawings, and styling requirements
- Develop independent design ideas and convincing styling solutions for demanding interior projects
- Translate design intentions into high-quality and precise interior design solutions
- Develop and refine interior forms, interior components, controls, and trim details
- Develop and optimize proportions, surfaces, form transitions, joint patterns, and character lines with a high level of design quality and precision
- Develop and evaluate different design variants and independently further develop design concepts
- Take responsibility for the design quality and consistency of assigned project areas
- Further develop and refine design concepts to a high level of design maturity
- Prepare and present design stages for design reviews, presentations, visualizations, and other digital applications
- Work closely with designers, CAS Modelers, engineers, and other project stakeholders
- Coordinate with project team members and contribute constructively to interdisciplinary project discussions
- Independently handle complex design tasks and reliably deliver project objectives and quality standards
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 8 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer, ideally in automotive or high-end product design
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing interior design concepts and styling solutions
- Strong conceptual and creative design skills, with the ability to independently develop design directions
- Very good knowledge of relevant 2D and 3D design software
- Confident use of digital design and visualization tools
- Ability to reliably translate design briefings, 2D sketches, and styling requirements into high-quality interior design concepts
- Strong understanding of design, proportions, surfaces, form language, materials, and aesthetics
- Excellent eye for detail, surface quality, materiality, and the design implementation of styling intentions
- Ability to critically evaluate, further develop, and bring design concepts to a high level of design quality
- Experience in independently managing demanding design tasks and project areas
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Strong team orientation and enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary project teams
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work on a project-based freelance basis
